
Sheeka Sanahori
Sheeka Sanahori is an award-winning travel writer, producer, and video creator based in Atlanta. Sheeka has told travel and lifestyle stories for more than a decade, as part of Lonely Planet's video leadership team and as a freelance journalist for National Geographic, The Washington Post, The Oxford American, and more. As a Bringing Home the World fellow at the International Center for Journalists, Sheeka produced and shot a series of videos for USA Today about wildlife conservation in Kenya. Sheeka was a McCormick scholar at Northwestern University, where she earned her Master's degree from Medill's Media Strategy and Leadership program. She received her Bachelor's degree in Broadcast News from the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism.
